Tropical Papaya Boat Recipe


Start your day the tropical way with Petite Elise’s Papaya Boat recipe, inspired by our very own Fruit Peel Resurfacing Serum!

To create the perfect wake up call, all you need is:

  • 1 large, ripe papaya
  • Dairy-free yogurt (we recommend coconut)


Why not try adding some colourful insta-worthy toppings too:

  • 1/2 a mango, prepared with melon baller
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 fig
  • A handful of blueberries
  • A handful of goji berries
  • A sprinkling of pumpkin seeds
  • A pinch of black sesame seeds, crushed

1. Slice your papaya in half and scoop out the black seeds

2. Fill the centre of each papaya half with dairy-free yoghurt 

3. Top with colourful tropical fruits, such as mango, passion fruit, banana, figs and blueberries.

4. Garnish with pumpkin seeds for added crunch

5. To eat, take a spoon and scoop out the fruit, making sure to get a little of each topping on the spoon.

For an extra burst of nutrients, swap out the yoghurt and carefully pour your favourite smoothie into your papaya boats!
