UK Mainland Priority Delivery : Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day and sent via a 24-hour tracked service. Delivery timeframe applies from date of dispatch | £6.95

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands: 7-9 days

Returns & Exhanges

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee so you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

If you're unhappy with your item or would like to swap your item for a different scent/shade, please return your purchase back to us for a refund/exchange. All UK returns are FREE!

How To Return:
  1. Complete our online returns form.
  2. Follow the details sent to you by email once completed.
  3. Take the parcel to your local post office!

Please Note:
  • Your return must weigh under 5kg to use this service. If it weighs more, please contact Support on 020 4538 7600 or via info@tropicskincare.com for further info.
  • We require an order number to issue a refund.
  • We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 30 working days upon receipt of your item.
  • We can only fulfil refund/exchange requests for those orders sent back with a fully completed online returns form.
  • We can only exchange products for up to the same value of the original order.
  • We are unable to refund just part of a collection - to get a refund for collection items, please return the whole collection and the full sum paid for the collection can be refunded.
  • If you would like to exchange products that make up just part of a collection, we can do this and only require those individual items to be returned to us in order to exchange them.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s) for refunds/exchanges.

International Shipping

We always want to ensure the smoothest service here at Tropic. Please add a mobile number to your account to receive updates about your parcel, you can expect a notification from DHL International.

Please note: For international deliveries, we use DHL Express DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service which means import taxes are covered on orders up to £500, so there are no additional charges to pay on arrival.

Countries that we currently do not ship to are Canada, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Russia, China, South Sudan, Sudan, Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, South Korea, Israel, Malaysia.

Are There Any Country-Specific Product Restrictions?

USA and Bermuda: 
All makeup, Lip Fudge, Sun Care, Feel Fresh Deodorant, So Sleepy Pillow Mist, Signature Oil, Nail Nectar, 12 Days Of Tropic Advent Calendar, The Enhancing Lip Service Sculpt And Define Trio and The Pillow Service Aromatherapy Sleep Collection, Eye Lift ,Eye Work , Hydrogel Eye Masks and The Renew Edit cannot be shipped to the USA. 

Australia and New Zealand:
Sun Stick, Great Barrier SPF 30 and 50, Sun Day, Skin Shade SPF 30/50, Tinted Skin Shade, Beauty Booster Shade 1-6, CC Cream Satin Skin Tint shades 1-6 cannot be shipped to Australia.

Keep It Clean Hand Sanitiser can not be shipped anywhere outside of the UK.

Ordering From Outside The UK & EU

The rules around the importation of UK products into non-EU countries have not changed with Brexit (1st January 2021).

Any customer purchasing our products from the UK to be shipped into their own country outside of the UK and the EU, may be required to pay additional Import Taxes and duty. The amount of Import Taxes and/or duty that needs to be paid will be dependent on the minimum order value rules within the country you live in.

These rules are the same as they were before Brexit, and haven’t changed. So in this instance, you will be charged these fees as normal. If you’re a customer living outside the EU, please check your country’s import taxes and custom duty rules before placing an order with us.
