Tropic Skincare is determined to: 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant cosmetic products legislation and regulations  
  • Ensure that the company implements Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for the manufacture of cosmetic products  
  • Develop appropriate standards, systems and procedures from responsible raw material sourcing and manufacturing through to distribution, to ensure the quality and full traceability of our products, and to allow product recall to be managed effectively & efficiently should this be required to protect our customers  
  • Establish measurable quality and GMP objectives based on achieving customer and other stakeholder requirements   
  • Monitor compliance and effectiveness of standards set through our quality management system, motivating and embedding a quality and customer service culture throughout the organisation.  
  • Improve quality and GMP performance on an on-going basis by reviewing and analysing feedback from internal key business measures and all stakeholders including customers, suppliers & employees 
  • Train, develop, support and organise employees so that they can take ownership for the implementation and improvement of quality and GMP 
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled effectively and efficiently whilst identifying opportunities for improvement 


As part of this commitment, management takes responsibility to ensure that the appropriate resources, including human and financial ones, are available in order to effectively implement our policies and standards across all our operations and communicate them to all our employees.  

Our Quality and GMP performance will be considered at management meetings, and we as a team will review this policy periodically to ensure that it continues to reflect the aims and objectives of the company and meet legislative and stakeholder requirements.  

This policy will always be made available to interested parties on request.
