There’s no denying our feet take the brunt of our bodies. Whether we’re standing, walking, at the gym, ‘out out’ or even just padding around the house in slippers, they’re never out of action. So it’s no surprise that the skin toughens up, they get dry and dehydrated or they hurt. This foot treatment will revive, refresh and leave you and your feet feeling chilled out. An infusion of five exotic butters - apricot, illipe, cupuaçu, kokum and avocado – that nourish and strengthen the skin along with plant exfoliators that smooth and peppermint, eucalyptus, lime and lemongrass oils that create a peppermint cream aroma, your feet will have never felt so loved.
The skin on your feet might be thicker and it also regenerates more quickly to cope with all of the pressure and friction we subject it to, meaning we should treat our feet with respect. This product uses aspen bark extract that’s a natural source of salicylic acid. It dissolves the ‘glue’ that keeps dead skin cells hanging on so you won’t have to worry about hard, dry skin building up, especially around your heels. Five fruit and seed butters help heal cracked skin and improve elasticity, while the mix of minty essential oils provide a refreshing scent that’s as invigorating as going for a paddle in the sea.
This product is freshly made in the UK using the most nutritious, sustainably sourced ingredients from across the globe.
Aspen bark extract
A powdered extract from the bark of the Aspen tree, this contains natural salicylic acid to remove dead skin cells, so you’re just left with the good stuff that feels soft and smooth. It’s also antimicrobial to stop germs and bacteria spreading.
Similar to shea butter, this Malaysian ingredient is chockablock with fatty acids and doesn’t just nourish and regenerate the top layers of skin, but the deeper levels too - perfect for feet that need a hard-hitting ingredient to restore and repair damaged skin.
Grown in the tropical rainforests of the Amazon, in some parts of the world this velvety butter from the Cupuaçu tree is used to make ice cream, but here we use it to keep dry skin hydrated. Improving the resilience of your skin barrier, you can run, jump and hop to your heart’s content and your feet won’t be affected.
