Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

As the days are getting warmer, we're finding ourselves craving cold, sweet treats.

We’ve teamed up with plant-based food blogger, Nourishing Amy, to share a quick, easy and delicious smoothie recipe inspired by the fresh ingredients in our summer skincare essentials: Sun Day and Lip Fudge

Sunshine Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 

2 ripe bananas
200g frozen mango
1 tsp vanilla essence
30g coconut flakes with extra for topping
360ml coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
pomegranate (optional)



METHOD:

1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour into two glasses, top with some yoghurt, extra coconut flakes and pomegranate, if desired.
