What better way of transporting yourself to memories of a seaside sundowner or a beachy bowl of fresh fruit than this tropical coconut and passionfruit perfection?!
We’ve teamed up with plant-based food blogger, Amy Lanza, to share her recipe for this cracking Coconut and Passionfruit Smoothie, inspired by all the fruity fabulousness in our summery Sun Drops – all vegan, of course!

Coconut and Passionfruit Smoothie
Serves: 2
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen or fresh
200g frozen mango
100g coconut yoghurt
2 passion fruits, insides scooped out
250ml coconut milk (carton)
Optional extras: 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp maca powder
Topping: extra coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut flakes, passionfruit, pomegranate

Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until really smooth, adding extra coconut milk as needed.
- Pour into two glasses, top with some extra coconut yoghurt, toasted coconut flakes, passionfruit and pomegranate.
