Happy New Year Everyone!
Susie here! I wanted to begin 2019 by reflecting on our incredible journey throughout the past year, and say a huge thank you to everyone who came along for the ride!
2018 was without a doubt our busiest and greatest year yet. We’ve launched 12 innovative new products, introduced 10 new collections and sold over 3 million products overall! We now also celebrate over 12,000 Ambassadors in our Tropic family, have won over 100 industry awards and were featured in The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 as the fastest growing skincare company for the third year running!
But that’s not all. Throughout the year, we unveiled Tropic’s infinite purpose:
to help create a healthier, greener,
more empowered world.
With our dedication to being a force for good beyond beauty, we have not only become both an ethically accredited and certified CarbonNeutral® company, but have also double offset our carbon emissions to go the extra mile.
We are also continually exploring ways to become more sustainable from the ingredients that go into our products, to the packaging that houses them. We’ve even launched a recycling incentive with our refill pouches to really encourage a greener perspective on shopping for beauty products.
What's in store for the New Year?
2019 brings even bigger and better things for all of us at Tropic HQ, the environment and you too!
Our Resolutions:
- To continue with our infinite purpose, we are exploring even greener initiatives such as water recycling and powering our new cutting edge headquarters with 100% renewable energy.
- Throughout the year, we are also expanding our Innovation Lab! This means we can now work more effectively to find the most innovative natural ingredients across the world, as well as continuing to improve and create more amazing formulations for you.
- To further the steps taken to encourage a more ethical outlook when shopping for skincare products, we are continuing to develop refillable pouches - can you guess what products they might be? This, and our efforts to create completely biodegradable or recyclable parcels, will also aid us in becoming zero waste to landfill, thus continually dedicated to our infinite purpose
