First, spray So Sleepy Pillow Mist onto your pillow or duvet from a 30cm distance. Take a few deep breaths and immerse yourself in the calming essential oil blend as you prepare for bed. Avoid spraying directly onto skin or delicate fabrics.

Next, apply So Sleepy Temple Balm to pulse points, such as the temples and wrists. Close your eyes and gently massage the balm in to enhance your sense of calm.
