- mineral protection
Sun creams don’t just offer SPF protection anymore, they help care for and support your skin too. Kahai and roucou oils do this by feeding the skin fatty acids and omegas to keep it bouncy and strong, while a trio of plum extracts from the Kakadu, Illawarra and Burdekin species act as the antioxidant brigade, warding off pollution and toxins in the atmosphere. Long-lasting and suitable for sensitive skin types, its clever combination of cassava and rapeseed resin also ensures it lives up to the water and sweat resistant claims.
All our products are freshly made in the UK using the most nutritious, sustainably sourced ingredients from across the globe.
Kahai and roucou oils
Kahai, from the South American Cacay tree is one of beauty’s secret weapons. Abundant in vitamin E it tackles everything from reducing fine lines to fighting free radicals. Roucou oil is another excellent skin firmer that’s packed with beta-carotene and together, they not only keep skin soft, they support it and stop it from degradation.
Kakadu and Illawarra plum
These juicy pulpy fruits are a dab hand at dealing with oxidative stresses and help to keep skin calm in times of trouble. Fighting fine lines, pigmentation and sunspots, the high content of vitamin C will also bring vitality and radiance to your skin.
As well as batting away UV rays, the natural antibacterial agent zinc oxide fights inflammation and is why it’s used in spot treatments, nappy rash lotions and calming creams. It also means it’s got a great reputation for soothing prickly heat.
