The safety of our HQ staff is a priority at this time so we have altered how our dispatch teams are operating. These alterations may impact delivery times moving forward. With the current volume of orders, our delivery times are between 4-5 working days. This may change so please check this page for the latest updates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We're still processing all returns and exchanges here at Tropic HQ, and due to the current stay at home policy we have extended our 30-day happiness guarantee to 90 days. You'll be able to return any product to us for a full refund or exchange
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
UK mainland delivery in 3-5 working days. Channel Islands, Northern Island and the Highlands, please allow up to 6 working days for delivery. Europe delivery in 5-10 working days and please allow up to 21 days for all other areas worldwide.
Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and for larger orders, international, please expect a notification from DPD and DHL. These couriers have a text messaging service so please add a mobile number to your account to receive updates about your parcel.
Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
Returns & Exchanges
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return a product. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with all of our products.
If you’re unhappy with your item or would like to swap your item for a different shade, please return your purchase back to us for a refund or exchange. Please complete the returns form, and include this in your return. Attach the free post returns label (included in your parcel) to your original packaging and take this to your local post office. Please note, international customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s) for refunds/exchanges.
We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 5-10 working days upon receipt of your item. Please note, we can only exchange products of exactly the same value.
