Who are Tropic Ambassadors?
Tropic Ambassadors are everyday people who love Tropic and enjoy sharing it.
They started as customers, skincare lovers, and people who saw real results and wanted to pass that feeling on. They come from all walks of life – parents, teachers, creatives, carers, and beauty lovers – united by a love of great skincare and genuine connection.
We don’t have a “type”. If you love the products, find yourself recommending them already, and want to unlock community rewards when you share them; you belong here.
Do I have to meet my Ambassador in person?
In-person Pampers are a lot of fun, but if you’d rather not meet an Ambassador, you can attend an Ambassador’s virtual Pamper and order Tropic products online from them through their e-Pamper shopping link. Delivery of products to Ambassadors or Hosts is free. If you do not want to meet your Ambassador in person, choose the deliver to Host option.
What to expect at a pamper
Your friendly Ambassador will set up the Pamper using Tropic products and accessories, before welcoming your guests and playing a fun icebreaker game! The Ambassador will warmly introduce you and your friends to Tropic, our story, and our range of freshly made, natural skincare products. The Host or another lucky guest will receive a free beauty experience using Tropic products – most likely a facial, or makeup look. You’ll have the opportunity to buy products from the Ambassador, for delivery later.
Do I have to host a pamper?
If you’d prefer not to host a Pamper, some of our Ambassadors run their own virtual Pamper events, through online platforms such as Zoom and Facebook Live.
How do Tropic Ambassadors share products?
Ambassadors share Tropic in ways that feel natural to them.
Some share from their kitchen table. Some on social media and in the group chat. Some at in-person beauty experiences and consultations. Some on the side. And some full-time. Many do a mix.
Customers can shop through an Ambassador’s personal shop link, which means the Ambassador is rewarded when they help someone find the right products for them.
Ambassadors are never required to hold stock – products are freshly made in our Surrey Beauty Kitchen, then delivered directly to customers. Delivery is free on orders over £40.
What is the Tropic business model?
Tropic is a direct selling beauty business.
That means our products are shared person to person – through real recommendations, conversations, and experiences – rather than traditional retail stores. Tropic Ambassadors are rewarded when they share products, and someone chooses to shop through them.
Some Ambassadors choose to mentor others over time. However, rewards are always rooted in product sharing, not recruitment. Mentoring is optional and separate from personal rewards. The majority focus simply on sharing products and supporting customers.
This people-powered model is how Tropic has grown from the very beginning: through trust, experience, and beauty that’s worth passing on.
