You only need a thin layer to get your glow on. Suitable for use all over the body, including the face, apply it to clean, dry skin using your hands or a Tanning Mitt.  Wash your hands immediately afterwards. 

Layer it up depending on how luminous you want to look then simply wait a few minutes before you get dressed. It'll last until you next shower.
