We want you and your loved ones to be completely happy with your Tropic gifts, and so offer a generous returns policy. Between 6th October – 22nd December, we offer an extended 90-Day Happiness Guarantee, meaning all orders placed between this timeframe can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Because our products are freshly made with natural, effective ingredients, each one has a 'best before' date on its packaging. This ensures you're always using our formulations at their most powerful. Most of our core products have a generous shelf life, giving you plenty of time for gifting. This 'best before' date is not a 'use by' date. It simply marks when the product is at its freshest and most potent. It's still completely safe to use after this point, though results may not be as effective.
