    What are super greens and why are they good for my skin?

    Super greens, such as kale and broccoli, are incredibly high in vitamins A, C, and K, as well as potent antioxidants.

    When applied topically in our Super Greens Nutrient Boost Oil, they help to neutralise free radicals, reduce the appearance of redness, and support a more vibrant, healthy-looking complexion.

    Is this green oil suitable for blemish-prone skin?

    Yes, it is! While it might seem counterintuitive to put oil on blemish-prone skin, the green coffee and tamanu oils in this formula are excellent for soothing inflammation and promoting skin repair.

    It helps to balance your natural oil production while keeping the skin barrier strong.

    Can I use Super Greens alongside my morning serum?

    Absolutely. We recommend applying your water-based serums (like Rainforest Dew Hydration Serum or Glow Berry Brightening Serum) first.

    Once those have absorbed, apply your moisturiser and finish with a few drops of Super Greens Nutrient Boost Oil to seal in all that botanical goodness and protect your skin throughout the day.
