Tomato Seed Oils
Mixed with kukui oils, this lightweight duo is quickly absorbed into skin and is incredibly nourishing, thanks to vitamin E and fatty acids. Together they act as a balloon pump, plumping and firming skin so it appears super-smooth.

SkinSync™ technology is what makes our CC Cream blend perfectly with your skin. It uses clever colour-adapting pigments that adjust to your unique skin tone as you apply it. This means you get even, natural-looking coverage, every time.
Can I use CC Cream instead of Sun Day Facial UV Defence or Skin Shade Tinted Facial Sun Cream?
Yes, our CC Cream offers broad-spectrum SPF 50 protection when used as directed, so there’s no need to layer it with another SPF. Like the rest of our sun care range, it’s made with reef-safe filters to protect both your skin and the planet. Just remember to reapply every 2 hours, or after swimming, sweating, or towelling off.
Should I use a primer or skincare underneath CC Cream?
We recommend applying CC Cream after your usual skincare routine (cleansing, toning, and using your regular serums and oils). Since CC Cream is packed with moisturising properties, it can double-up as your daily moisturiser if preferred. There's also no need to apply a separate SPF or primer, as CC Cream offers SPF 50 protection and a smooth, even finish.
What’s the difference between Tropic SPF products?
Our sun protection range is designed to suit every skin need. Sun Day is a lightweight, broad-spectrum SPF that helps prevent daily UV damage and wears beautifully under makeup. For a touch of coverage, Skin Shade Tinted Facial Sun Cream offers SPF 50 protection and doubles as a sheer foundation.

For on-the-go top-ups, Sun Stick glides on clear and can be used anywhere, anytime. And to keep delicate lips protected, Lip Shade combines broad-spectrum defence with deep conditioning care.
What’s the best SPF for reactive or sensitive skin?
Mineral sunscreens are often best for sensitive or reactive skin, as they sit on the surface and reflect UV rays rather than absorbing them. Our Skin Shade Sun Cream is a 100% mineral, fragrance-free formula that’s gentle yet effective, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin.
Can Tropic sun creams be used on children and babies?
Our entire sun protection range is suitable for children aged 3+. However, our ultra-gentle Sun Stick can be used on babies 3 months+, and is perfect for quick top ups on delicate skin.
What does broad-spectrum mean?
Where most SPF focuses on protecting skin from UVB rays, broad-spectrum describes sunscreens that provide protection against both UVB (which cause burning and can contribute to skin cancer) and UVA rays (which cause skin-ageing).
