We’ve teamed up with plant-based food blogger, Amy Lanza, to share our recipe for these Pink Coconut Overnight Oat Jars – the most perfect way to start the day.
Had enough of us harking on about having a special place in our hearts for things that come in small jars? Well, that’s not going to stop us. Much like our founding product – Body Smooth – this little jar of deliciousness is a nourishing, refreshing hero that fills every jar with joy.
Inspired by the coconut, lime and lemony aromas of our Body Love, these jars provide a soft oaty texture with a sharp layer of berry and a lacking of lemony goodness.

Pink Coconut and Lemon Overnight Oat Jars
Serves: 2
Time: 10 minutes plus overnight soaking
Ingredients:
100g oats
20g desiccated coconut
20g chia seeds
¼ lemon, zested
120g raspberries, fresh or frozen
360ml plant-based milk
To serve:
100g fresh raspberries, yoghurt, berries, granola
Method:
- If using frozen raspberries, defrost until soft. Mash the raspberries (fresh or frozen) with a fork.
- Add the mashed berries to a sealed container with the rest of the overnight oats ingredients, you may need more milk if using fresh raspberries. Allow to set in the fridge, sealed, overnight.
- In the morning, mash the 100g raspberries. Give the oats a stir and add a splash more milk if needed. Serve in jars layered with yoghurt, mashed raspberries, extra berries and granola.
