This photo ready, natural look captures that ‘end of the day’ softly sun-kissed dappling of light across skin and makes it last, with delicate, golden eyes and nude lips.
We worked with makeup artist, Bekki Mitchell, to bring you this tutorial. Alongside your base essentials and tools, you can recreate this look, demonstrated here on Suzi, with our customisable, sustainable Colour Palette.
"When you’ve finished applying your Kiss Me Quick, pat it down with a bit of a tissue and apply another layer to really help it stand out."
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Begin with a beguiling base by applying small dots of Beauty Booster around the face and blending across skin using the Kabuki Brush.
Then, create a triangle shape under each eye with Illuma Light-diffusing Concealer and blend outwards with a Flat Detailing Brush.
Perfect your base by switching to the Full Coverage Kabuki Brush and sweeping Mineral Foundation over skin to set, add coverage, and reduce shine.
Up next, brow bliss! Fill in any gaps and create depth with Brow Boss, using small strokes of the angled end of your 3in1 Eye Brush.
A contrasting spot of shadow is always needed for glow to truly stand out, so buff Jet Set over the socket of the eye with the large side of the Flat Detailing Brush.
Elevate your eye look with Blush Crush, blending it into your bronzer using the same side of the brush.
Follow up by switching to the small side of the same brush and applying Eyes On You in Halo to your lids.
Take your Silk Gel Liner in Luna and apply inside the lash line of your lower lashes.
For a soft, smoky effect, draw Silk Gel Liner in Warm Brown underneath your bottom lash line and gently blend out.
Then, give your upper lashes the glam treatment with the Lash Extension Kit in Black. Run through them with Fixing Gel Mascara, before applying your Extension Fibres.
Next up, making sure you catch the light from every angle, it’s Way To Glow! Gently pat it over the top of your cheekbones with two fingers.
You can also apply the same highlighter on the inner corners of the eyes and very slightly over your cupid’s bow.
To bring out that sunset warmth, craft a soft contour with your Powder Brush and Jet Set, buffing it into the hollows of the cheeks, the temples, and down the sides of the nose.
With the same brush, sweep Blush Crush over the apples of the cheeks, upwards and slightly over the bridge of the nose and the forehead.
Golden hour is just over the horizon! All that’s left to do is add some natural glamour to the lips. Line them with the Line Up Lip Pencil to enrich your lipstick with deeper tones, before layering on Kiss Me Quick, as desired.
